Carolee M. Van De Mark, 80, of Freeport, IL, passed away on October 4, 2024. She was born on April 7, 1944 in Freeport, to Dado C. and Kathryn (Hirsbrunner) Cramer. She married Roy Van De Mark in 1978 in Freeport.

Survivors include her husband Roy, children: Jeff (Laura) Mergen and Jerri Mergen; sisters: Judy Lasco and Nancy (Preston) Thompson; sister-in-law Carol Cramer, 2 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers: Dado and Roger Cramer, 1 sister, Shirley Souders, and brother-in-law, Angelo Lasco.

Visitation will be held on Saturday October 26, 2024, from 2PM – 4PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. Interment of ashes at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens on a later date.
