Carol Ann Mordick, 88, of Freeport, IL, passed away March 8, 2022 at FHN. She was born December 9, 1933 in Freeport to Robert Earl Homan, Sr. and Evelyn Kay (Stewart) Homan. She was a graduate of Freeport High School and on May 10, 1952, married Richard L. Mordick. She was a homemaker and secretary, and a member of First Baptist Church in Freeport. She enjoyed bird watching, crossword puzzles, taking long drives in the country, and spending time with family.

Survivors include her daughter Lou Ann Moyer, sister Sandra L. Tonini, son-in-law Kim L. Moyer, sister-in-law Pamela G. Homan, and many                nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband Richard L. Mordick, son Joseph D. Mordick, and brother Robert E. Homan, Jr.

A visitation will be held Saturday March 26, 2022, from 2PM - 4PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL.
