Bradley "Fat Jack" Van Horn, age 65, of Loran, IL passed away Monday, April 18, 2022, at his home. He was born, June 21,1956 to Marvin and Sylvia (Endress) Van Horn. Brad was a graduate of Pearl City high school and spent his life farming with his parents in his younger years, trucking and excavating. He loved riding his Harley, working on his old farm tractors, camping and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of ABATE and the Freeport Moose Lodge.

Brad is survived by his son Pete (Jennifer), his daughter Savannah; grandson Zachary; brothers: Brian (Ann) Van Horn and Doug (Karen) Van Horn; nephew: Byron (Kennedy) Van Horn; uncle: Dewey (Mary) Endress; aunt: Shirley Van Horn; girlfriend: Kathy Plaskey and many cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Sylvia Van Horn; maternal grandparents, Lavere and Myrna Endress and paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Ana Van Horn.

Visitation will be held, Friday, April 22, 2022, from 3:00-7:00 at Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. A private burial will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at a later date. A memorial fund has been established in his name.
