Bonnie S. Kubly, 63, of Freeport, IL, passed away on June 3, 2025 at Ascension Living St. Joseph Center. She was born on September 3, 1961 in Freeport, to John Gordon and Trina A. Gordon (Campbell). She married John J. Kubly on November 29, 1980 at the First Church of the Nazarene. She worked as a fuel station manager and was a member of the Freeport Moose Club.

Survivors include her son Thomas Kubly & wife Bobbie Jo Kubly, including their children: Nachoma Niesman, Jonathon Kubly, Breanna Kubly, Jacob Kubly, and Jase Kubly; daughter Jessica Kubly & husband Michael Bowser, including their children: Alexis Turner, Deidra Bowser, and Autumn Kubly; daughter Crystal Kubly, including her children: Zalea Busker, Kayden Brown, Kaylea Brown, Ameena Brown, and Amara Brown. Survivors also include bonus grandchildren, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband John J. Kubly, and her parents, John Gordon and Trina Gordon (Campbell).

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
