Betty Notarangelo, 55, of Freeport, IL, passed away on November 13, 2021 at FHN Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 15, 1955 in Rocky Mount, NC, to James Carlton Williams and Betty Ann (Childers) Williams Pergerson.

Survivors include her parents, daughter Laura Elizabeth Otero, her son-in-law Whesley Otero, her son Joshua Brian Eddins, her grandchildren: Robert Loera, Jr (age 14), Aaron Muzzy (age 12), Whesley Otero, Jr (age 10), Sophia Muzzy (age 9), Anastasia Eddins (age 9); and Eli Otero (age 7); and her sisters: Joann Williams, Kimberly Deese, and Tina Pergerson.

A private family service will be held.
