Ava De Vee Kellum, age 83, passed away on July 1, 2022. She was born April 6, 1939 in rural Cedarville at home. She attended Milledgeville High School and Rock Valley College. She retired from Vitner Snack Foods in Freeport. She loved her flowers and garden. She was baptized June 6, 1954 and was a Jehovah Witness.

Survivors include Ronald Kellum, granddaughter Sabrina Bienek, three nephews and one niece, stepchildren: Patricia (David) Bishop, Brenda (Steve Knutson) Eccles, Jerry (Carol) Kellum, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Maxine Lubbers and Betty Jo Linneman; nephew Kenneth Lubbers, the children's Dad James Edward, stepson James (Pete) Kellum and wife Christine, and son Donald Kellum.
